Our company's mission is to execute your landscape vision by providing professional lawn and landscape maintenance and installation with environmentally safe practices at a competitive rate. With over 20 years of combined experience, we can implement aesthetically pleasing designs that improve the overall appearance of your home.
History
Simplicity Landscape & Design was first started in 2016 by Caleb under the name Dixon’s Lawncare and Landscape LLC. In 2021, Pete partnered with the company & together, they rebranded into Simplicity Landscape & Design to combine almost two decades of experience & expand the services provided. Since then, we have been committed to exceeding their customer’s expectations & to achieving their motto: “Hard work. Simple Solutions.
Integrity
What is the main complaint against landscape professionals? Simply put - there is a reputation of lawn care companies not showing up or not following through. At Simplicity Landscape & Design, we pride ourselves on consistently delivering for our customers at the highest standard. We value every job, whether it’s big or small, & it is our goal to leave you with a memorable experience.
Honesty
We were taught that “honesty is the best policy,” & having peace of mind in knowing that you have a professional you can trust is invaluable. We take pride in our word by always being fair & transparent with our customers throughout all aspects of our services.

I’m from a city in North-Central Ohio, where I managed crews for my stepfather’s landscape company for over ten years. In 2016, I moved to Lexington to attend UK & went on to graduate with a degree in Agricultural & Medical Biotechnology with a minor in business. I worked & went to school full time for three years, so I’m accustomed to working hard & doing what it takes to succeed.

I grew up in a small town in Eastern Kentucky. I’ve always had a love & passion for hard work & the outdoors. Lawn & Landscape has always come to me naturally & I have been in this line of work for nearly 12 years now, and I look forward to serving many more people in the years to come.
